Aaron Applegate covers Suffolk City Hall.

Aaron joined the Pilot in 2005 after four years covering city government for the Pocono Record in northeastern Pennsylvania.

Before that, he was a copy editor at the Taiwan News, one of the three English-language daily newspapers in Taipei.

He’s a 1996 graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and lives in Portsmouth.
