Havana restaurant on North Great Neck Road has a new owner, but a familiar face. Blair McGinnis, who has been the eatery's manager, purchased the restaurant this winter. It's a first restaurant ownership for the 28-year-old, but not his first time working in one. McGinnis has been in the food service industry since he was 16.
