Challenger Development LLC has begun construction of a new 30,000-square-foot office and warehouse condominium facility in the Suffolk Industrial Park on Carolina Road, the Suffolk Economic Development Department announced.
The $2 million project will be known as Suffolk Commerce Center. Suffolk-based Challenger will offer the light industrial space for sale with a minimum condo size of 2,500 square feet.
