Suffolk Academy administrator plans to leave post

Nansemond -Suffolk Academy administrator Shane Foster is leaving the small private school this summer. Foster, who has been head of the school for the last three years, announced his plans Monday to leave. He also served as upper school headmaster for seven years.

Foster has accepted a position at the Barstow School in Kansas City, Mo.

The Nansemond-Suffolk Academy board of trustees is forming a search committee to find his replacement.
