Blenheim buys Virginia Beach Holiday Inn for $14.25 million

VIRGINIA BEACH

The Holiday Inn Executive Center has been sold for $14.25 million, CB Richard Ellis announced.

Blenheim Capital acquired the 331-room hotel at 5655 Greenwich Road in Virginia Beach from MMA Realty. Blenheim plans to spend $6 million to renovate the hotel, a popular business meeting facility. It will continue to operate as a Holiday Inn.

I wonder if the buyer has seen and studied the impact of the new recommendations to the interhange and the routing of Greenwich Road.
