Stars come out to NASA Langley

If you think you're glimpsing a few Hollywood types this week, they could be part of the cast of the new feature film "The Box," scheduled to film at the NASA Langley Research Center starting Thursday.

While female lead Cameron Diaz will not be there, co-stars James Marsden and Frank Langella are expected.

This is the first time a feature film will be shot at Langley, according to Chris Rink, a Virginia Beach resident and spokesman for the center.

"It's very exciting, and there's a lot of interest here," he said.

Some Langley employees answered the casting call for extras.

Diaz and Marsden play a married couple who find a small wooden box on their doorstep. The mysterious box is capable of bringing them $1 million but also promises a fatal end to someone else in the world - leaving the couple struggling with a moral dilemma. As Radio City turns 75, Suffolk's former
