Friday's boys hoops highlights: Maury stuns Booker T.

Seth Weston hit a 15-footer at the buzzer as the host Commodores knocked off the fourth-ranked Bookers Friday night.
 
Sim Frazier and Kreighton Lambert each had 19 points to pace the victors. Frazier also had made six steals
 
Deshawn Painter led Booker T. Washington with 22 points.
 
Nansemond River 59, Lakeland 46
 
Quinton McDuffie had 19 points and 12 rebounds for the second-ranked Warriors (19-2, 16-1), setting up Tuesday’s showdown at home for the Southeastern District crown against Deep Creek.
 
Nick Wright added 10 points and 15 rebounds and Andre Jones chipped in 13 points and seven rebounds for the victors, whose record is 22-1 over their Suffolk rivals during a six-year span.
 
Voyland Cooke had 14 points and Mario Hunter scored 13 more to lead the Cavaliers, who turned the ball over 23 times.
 
The game was called with 1:07 remaining because of a fight in the stands.
 
Churchland 59,  Wilson 41
 
The No. 8 Truckers (15-6, 10-4) rolled as Terrell Diggs  produced 17 points, eight assists and six rebounds, while Ricky Grant contributed 10 points and 14 rebounds.
 
Atlantic Shores 63, StoneBridge 49
 
Justin Sivells totaled 16 points and eight rebounds, powering the No. 5 Seahawks to their 12th victory without a loss in Metro Conference play. Steven Pledger added 20 points for the victors.
 
Ryan Barbosa kept StoneBridge close with 30 points, including six 3-pointers.
 
Norview 68, Lake Taylor 51
 
Ethan Newton led all scorers with 19 points for the No. 10 Pilots. Mike Williams added 12 points and 10 rebounds.
 
Portsmouth Christian 70, Broadwater 45
 
Junior Zach Fuhrmann had 17 points to raise his career total to 1,001.
 
His brother, Curtis Fuhrmann, drained 6 of 8 from 3-point range en route to a 23-point night.
