About the sushi scoring

We tried the most popular house roll at each restaurant. Rolls earned points in five categories: artistic presentation/construction; fish/seafood; rice/wrapper/other ingredients; taste/originality; and value. Testers; total scores were added and then averaged to arrive at a final score.
