Car Spa acquires Virginia Beach parcel

Car Spa Inc. has acquired a 1-acre parcel at Northampton Boulevard and Diamond Springs Road in Virginia Beach, Thalhimer/Cushman & Wakefield announced.

Car Spa bought the land for $1,075,000 from Schooler Properties of Diamond Springs LLC for a car-wash facility.
