Please tell me how you would react if you woke up one morning and found me and my family living in a tent in your yard and had hooked up to your water and electricity. How would you react if I took my family to the doctor and simply said I didn’t have any insurance but to bill your address? How would you react if my kids were sent to the same school as your kids and I demanded that subjects be taught in Spanish because my kids didn’t know English and your taxes increased because of this mandate while I paid nothing towards the education of my children? Would you be tolerant of my behavior? Whether it is the boundaries of your property or of the country, the idea is the same. Illegals do not have the right to be in this country.

What part of illegal is so hard to understand? They have broken laws to get here, they break laws to stay here. They need to go.

Daily our Border Patrol agents are attacked, but this administration has never seen an Illegal Invader that they did not like. (This would really apply to both of the political parties.)

They (current administration.) also have done nothing to release the 2 Border Patrol Agents that were railroaded by this same administration.

The main reason it seems as if more illegals are reported committing crimes, is that before the death of the two girls in Va Beach, most newspapers in VA reported the crime only, not the persons resident status. Here in Fredericksburg, numerous crimes committed by illegals were headlined as "Fredericksburg man/women arrested for...", "Spotsylvania man/women arrested for...", you see? Crime, place, where they lived, but no mention at all that they were even foreign persons, much less illegal foriegn persons. The red flag in these stories was sentences like, "Police questioned through an interpreter." That was usually the very last sentence, with the story buried in the section with used leaf blower ads or something...LOL

Maybe the reason for the heightend number of articles regarding illegal immigrants commiting crimes is because there are a heightened number of crimes being committed by them. You would be right to say that there are just as many crimes being commited by legal citizens, but why should we allow crime to be "imported" illegally. First they are committing a crime by coming here and then they commit the additional crimes on top of it. Let's at least stop some of our crime at the source. The Boarders!

Yes, I have intolerance for people getting away with breaking the LAW. If I do something illegal, I have to pay the price. Depending on what that was, either pay the fine or do the time. So why should someone not being here legally be any different? If I, as a CITIZEN, break the law, I either pay the fine or do the time. Why should ANYONE else be any different? What makes once person breaking the law any more special than another? And you don't have to read the news to fire up intolerance or to know whats going on.

We are intolerant of illegal aliens and we are growing intolerant of people who want to sound off like it's OK to let these people who are in our country illegally stay here and do whatever they want, with your blessing. Intolerant? Move to Mexico illegally and see what type of job, medical help, financial subsidy, school or any other help you'll get. The answer is NONE. Mexico's number 2 income is money being sent from the US by illegal's so, they are not spending what they make here to boost the economy. Next, you'll right one saying the Pilot is intolerant of child molestors. Quite a few of whom also happen to be illegal immigrants. As well as the man who killed Tranchant & Kurnhardt. Or the women who killed 3 children on a school bus recently. I could go on, but theres no point. You just don't get it.

Jenifer, what part of the word illegal do you not understand? The most disturbing thing I find about this entire issue is people like you. The limited space in which the Pilot has allowed to respond doesn't come close to the space I would need to write a total response so, I'll just simply say, open your eyes and try to see the reality of all of this. Don't forget, if the countries who are losing these citizens thought that they were losing quality they would be stopping them at their side of the border.

How many more victims must there be before people like you Jenifer stop feeling sorry for the people who came into this country illegally. If they want to be here fine, then do it the right way through immigration and get the necessary investigations and paperwork done first. We as a country are not trying to be cruel but we are trying to protect ourselves from criminals. YES if you jump,swim or walk across the border ILLEGALLY you are a CRIMINAL and should be sent back home to the country you are from this includes dad,mom,brother,sister,and all babies regardless if they are born here or not, due to mom and dad being here illegally in the first place. It is NOT the USA's responsibility to care for everyone else in the world because their country and it's politicians are crooks. Clean up your country and make it better or apply for citizenship and wait like the LAW says you should.

These people are here illegally and are causing states like California to go bankrupt due to the costs associated with incarceration, education, health care, and other social programs. As a result, these funds and services are reduced or denied to legal citizens. And to think that there are more important things to worry about nationally and locally is akin to having your head in the sand to the real national problem that exists. There are lots of problems this country has to deal with and illegal immigration is one of the larger issues that demand our attention. We cannot and should not be tolerant of people who don’t respect our laws and national sovereignty.
