Blackwater Worldwide will provide $2 million in services for the USO during the next four years, the organizations announced on Thursday.
The North Carolina-based military contractor will provide logistical support for homecoming celebrations and entertainment tours. The USO, a private, non-profit organization, produces welfare, morale and recreation services for active duty service members and their families around the world.

Since McCain toured a Baghdad market in March 2007 and said he was optimistic because he could walk freely in the 'hood (with an escort of 100 soldiers, 3 Blackhawks, & 2 Apache gunships overhead), 869 troops have died and 5626 have been wounded.
