You may need a little rain gear to participate in Bike to Work Day.
According to the League of American Bicyclists, May is National Bike Month and this week is Bike to Work Week.
All month, bicycle enthusiasts are joining with officials across the country to host events promoting cycling, according to the group’s Web site.
The site also offers tips on safe riding, a booklet for people who want to bike to work and links to bike clubs and shops in the area.
