Posted to: News Weather

Pleasant weather is expected today, but forecasters are predicting more rain beginning late tomorrow and lasting through Friday.

The high today should be about 77 with highs reaching the mid to upper 70s the rest of the week, according to the National Weather Service Web site. Lows will be in the upper 50s or low 60s.

The chance for rain tomorrow morning is 20 percent, increasing to 60 percent after 8 p.m., the weather service says. Showers are expected again Friday with a chance for thunderstorms after 8 a.m.

The National Weather Service reported the low in Norfolk this morning was about 45, three degrees lower than the record of 48 set in 1998.

More rain could fall Friday night, but Saturday is expected to be partly sunny.

I guess people aren't...

...truly happy unless they have something to complain about. Personally, I like my grass green and flowers colorful; and I like sand only at the beach.

Now where is that elusive Global Warming......

SO move.

I guess there's a case for 115 degree heat everyday... for someone.

boo hoo

Yup - the desert is so much better.

Yuck!

I guess this is the rain we should have had in April... weather around here is lousy...can't wait to move to the Southwest.
