Robbery reported Sunday at National Redemption company

NORFOLK

Someone robbed the National Redemption company in the Lake Wright conference center on Sunday, Norfolk police said.

The robbery happened about 1:30 p.m. No injuries were reported.

Investigators are trying to review surveillance video, said Sgt. Jim Robertson of the Norfolk police.

Police did not say what was taken or provide further details.

National Redemption is a company that buys precious metals. The company was featured in a story Sunday in The Virginian-Pilot.
