Voter guide: Local elections May 6

Chesapeake and Portsmouth will elect city councils, school boards and mayors on Tuesday, May 6. Norfolk will elect city council members in two superwards. Polls will be open from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. Below are short biographies and Q&A's with the candidates.
