Marcus Garrett pleaded guilty today for a triple slaying at an Oceanfront condominium in 2005.
Garrett faced capital murder charges after he was accused of shooting five people -- three of them fatally -- at a 24th Street condo on Memorial Day weekend 2005.
He could still face the death penalty.
Garrett told police he used a key to rip open a window screen at the rear of the condominium where his girlfriend, Rachel Scher, was with several friends and associates. Scher was fatally shot, as were Bryce R. Bauerband and David A. Kusa. Garrett told police that he was in a haze of distress and alcohol at the time of the killings, out of control and acting "like a puppet."

Let's put him to sleep
I read everything posted about this case and I don't have much to say other than hook him up to the tubes! This is an animal that needs to be put asleep like a mad dog. He is a multiple killer, I wish we could torture him a little before we let him go to sleep, he at least deserves that!
