Portsmouth vice mayor appointed to state criminal justice board

Gov. Timothy M. Kaine appointed Portsmouth vice mayor Marlene W. Randall to the criminal justice services board Friday, according to a press release from the governor's office.

....she'll be immune from any investigation into Louise Lucas accepting a $2500 "investment" from her (Randall's) husband and then wanting city council approval for the mega hotel and conference center project?
