The legendary Burt Bacharach is a recipient of numerous Academy and Grammy Awards, as well as a Lifetime Achievement Award – and is credited with revolutionizing the music of the second half of the 20th century. When the Recording Academy awarded Bacharach the Lifetime Achievement Award, he was proclaimed music’s “Greatest Living Composer.”
