Virginia Beach Fishing Pier Located at 15th Street at the Oceanfront, the approximately 1,000-foot-long pier is open 24 hours a day. Admission is $8 for adults and $4 for children 11 and younger. Little Island Park Pier Located at 3750 South Sandpiper Road, the 440-foot pier is open from 5:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Admission is $6, plus $1 parking for residents and $3 for nonresidents, or $20 for a weekly pass or $100 for a yearly pass.
