From Newport News: Take 1-64 to Exit 258 north on U. S. 17. Follow north for about four miles, turn left on Oriana Rd. Cross over Harwood's Mill Reservoir and immediately turn left into the parking area.

From Williamsburg to Newport News, cyclists can enjoy a 5.2-mile loop trail that is novice to expert in difficulty due to its flat to straight trails that lead to twisting obstacles. The trail system starts on Oriana Road across from Harwood's Mill. The trail has categorized sections: novice, advanced and expert.
