fairness and more handicap parking for anglers

I am a regular at jrp and very observant i see them charge people who just want to walk on the pier the same as they charge anglers, but customers that go to the restaurant walk for free and porbably bought something that cost less than 5 dollars out of the crabshack. The restaurant customers have more privelege at parking rights over the anglers,I feel whoever spends money out there should be able to park anywhere just as long as its not illegally parking in a handicap spot. They also need a few more handicap parking areas. They also need to change the trash cans on the pier more regular.
