Jonas Brothers style secrets revealed!

I talked with the most fashion forward guys in rock right now, the Jonas Brothers, about their style the other day.

"We do pay attention to what we wear," says Nick. "We love designers, including L. Lindeberg and Dior. We have a stylist, Michelle Tomaszewski, and we work with her. She brings the clothes to us."

Smelling salts, please. The only thing more major than being able to go in any store boutique and buy up a storm (and have the bags sent to your home) is having a stylist who knows your taste just bring it to you. I should have known the guys go for Lindeberg--one of my faves--since they rock that slim, Euro cut all the time. Same for Dior, who loves to put guys in slim trousers and thick, chunky-soled Chelsea type books for that total rock-n-roll swagger. Loves it.

Oh, and to the reader the other day who remarked that 'slap a label on it and people will pay anything for it." You're totally right. Some people are fashion victims who buy something just for the name. But then there are things like cut, quality of fabric, unique design touches, an aesthetic, a mood, a vision, embellishments and on and on that make a piece of clothing amount to way more than just a name. Sometimes it's about owning a piece of a legacy too. Given the option between getting a free trenchcoat by Burberry or one from Wal-Mart, which would you choose? Exactly. So just as we never look down on people because they are poor, we don't turn our noses up at people who can afford to buy nice things either, you feel me? That's what they call hatin'!
