Maury player commits to Cavaliers

Virginia picked up its 19th recruit in the class of 2009 Saturday when Maury High safety/receiver LaRoy Reynolds committed to the Cavaliers, rivals.com reported.

The 6-foot-2, 207-pound Reynolds is the second South Hampton Roads player to choose Virginia, joining Perry Jones of Oscar Smith. He also had offers from N.C. State, Connecticut and Syracuse.
