This 85,000-square-foot dome-shaped sister to Chrysler Hall is one Virginia's largest convention halls with a capacity for 13,800 visitors. Since its opening in 1972, Scope has hosted a variety of events ranging from concerts, sporting events, conventions, and Ringling Bros. and Barnum and Bailey Circus. Scope also is home of the Norfolk Admirals hockey team.
