North Carolina Coast Guard station to hold change of command

ELIZABETH CITY N.C.

Coast Guard Air Station Elizabeth City N.C. will hold a change of command ceremony tomorrow at 11 a.m.

Capt. John T. Hardin will take over for Capt. Michael J. Andres.
