The cultural renaissance in Hampton Roads continues with the distinctive Portlock Galleries at SoNo. Recent renovations to the historic Portlock School have created a contemporary art gallery, visitors center, and unique meeting destination in the South Norfolk area of Chesapeake.

Charming double-galleried building that had been an old schoolhouse. Eclectic showings approximately every 6 weeks. Food catered by Chesapeake Conference Ctr. A fair amount of the art that adorns my home has been purchased from the gallery. Come see the art & enjoy the atmosphere & comradery.
