We had an end of the year party thrown at little island park. It's one great place to be, and it's never too crowded. Beware of the hot sand, though!

One of the few places left that you don't have to fight for a spot at the beach. I've been coming here since I was born, and even though I live at the North End of Va Beach, I gladly drive to my parents cottage to sit on the beach at Sandbridge!

LOVE IT!!!!! My boyfriend and I surf fish there while the kids have their choice of swimming a few feet away still able to be seen, fishing with us, or walking the beach for shells. The wildlife seen is awesome - dolphins and waterfowl galore!

My husband and I love Sandbridge. The beaches are clean, parking is reasonable and the restrooms are clean. This summer we have particularly enjoyed the foreign exchange students working the parking booths.

Perfect place for R & R for hard working old people. Kick back, relax, and don't worry about anything but where to go for dinner. Love it or wouldn't be coming twice yearly for 10 yrs.
