List: Hampton Roads schools that didn't meet federal standards

These Peninsula, Eastern Shore and Western Tidewater schools failed to raise scores enough in 2008 to meet federal standards under the No Child Left Behind Act. These are in addition to 53 South Hampton Roads schools.
