Police arrested a man in connection with a bank robbery Thursday afternoon within three hours of the incident.
At 9:15 a.m. a man walked into the Langley Federal Credit Union in the 11100 block of Warwick Boulevard, implied that he was armed and demanded money.
After interviewing witnesses police charged Thomas L. Hall, 27, of Gloucester, with robbery and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
Newport News police arrested Hall just after noon Thursday with the help of Gloucester County Sheriff's deputies.
