Julie Cabral Lucas writes about being a follower of Jesus and His impact on her life, our local community, this country and the world. She also writes for TidewaterCrossSection.com, is a full time Mommy, and doesn’t spend enough time with adults – which explains all incoherent ramblings!

She hopes to show how simple God’s love is in a world confused by “man’s” complicated theology. So wear what you like, ‘cause you’re not in church here!

Michael Moore finds religion!

I don’t know what I am more stunned about, Michael Moore’s declaration that “there is a God” as hurricane Gustav heads for New Orleans or that Keith Olbermann, the host and interviewer agreed that the Republican party should not entertain a female running mate for John McCain (R-AZ) because Republican’s are hostile to the overall beliefs of women.

Hello, news flash Keith and Mike....I’m a female and as fate would have it, I think the Democrat party is hostile to fetuses, and well, since I once was one, they are hostile to me...in fact if I were not born yet, and of course irrelevant to them and their power base because I am not of legal age to vote, the Democrat party would in fact be in favor of snuffing out my very life, if let’s say for “dog doodle and right side up frowns” that my mother did not want me. Which I might add, Governor Sarah Palin (R-AK) and John McCain’s VP-pick just gave birth to a baby with down syndrome and by all intents and purposes is completely useless to the Democratic party and I’m certain, leaves many Planned Parenthood supporting women tonight scratching their heads.

And as for Michael Moore crediting God for possibly wiping out a few more New Orleans residents on the eve of the Republican convention for the sake of getting a few more votes on the Democratic ticket is simply put: a miracle! His bad attitude and clear cut support of slaughtering New Orleans residents aside, I am very grateful that he has finally come to his senses and realizes that there is in fact a God! I mean come on, aren’t we all just a work in progress, right?

a fine incoherent rant , chock-full of your typical sick, mean and perverse rhetoric. I imagine rants like this are kind of like your version of pornography . . .
