Stretching out summer with steamed shrimp
We're looking for the best steamed shrimp in South Hampton Roads and testers to determine the winner.

Steamed Shrimp
I can just picture myself along with a group of friends sitting on the deck at Greenie's in Ocean View overlooking the Bay and enjoying a delicious pound of steamed shrimp. Always fresh, always hot, cooked to perfection, never tough and seasoned just right or served with old bay on the side. Add a nice cold drink of your choice and enjoy the view and the OV atmosphere at its best.
The BEST steamed shrimp
For eleven years our crowd has enjoyed the best steamed shrimp at South Beach Grill, on Norfolk Avenue, VB, almost every Tuesday night. This is the area's best kept secret around, the just right seasoning, and juicy, succulent shrimp come to the table quickly and piping hot. The owners are visible and friendly, and the smiling waitstaff is attentive to every need. We feel like family here, it's the best. Heidi and John

I think lido inn in norfolk has the best steamed shrimp anywhere.located on little creek rd. In norfolk. When i think of shrimp i think of lido inn. They are large, juicy and cooked to perfection. It makes my mouth water just thinking about them.
Rudee's steamed shrimp
If its Monday night its off to Rudee's for their steamed shrimp special. This is the night they give you a pound for the half pound price and what a bargain! Start off with a salad, a cold beer and then the shrimp arrive. They are piping hot, perfectly seasoned and ready to be enjoyed by all. Try them drenched in butter or dunked in cocktail sauce or just plain for a great treat. This is the best shrimp dinner on the beach at a very reasonable price.
