NORFOLK
Police have identified a 17-year-old shot and killed Saturday night in the 700 block of West 36th Street.
Eduardo A. Perez, of the 600 block of West 34th Street, died at 11:18 p.m. Saturday after police found him suffering from gunshot wounds just after 11 p.m., police said.
