Sen. Joe Biden, Democratic candidate for vice president, will make his acceptance speech between 10-11 p.m. (Eastern time).
Events include nomination of candidates for president and vice president, followed by the roll call of the states.
Featured speakers tonight include: former President Bill Clinton; former Sen. Tom Daschle of South Dakota; Gov. Bill Richardson of New Mexico; Sens. Evan Bayh of Indiana, John Kerry of Massachusetts, Jay Rockefeller of West Virginia and Ken Salazar of Colorado; and Iraq war veteran Tammy Duckworth.
From 7-8 p.m. (Eastern time), speakers include Sen. Jay Rockefeller, D-W.Va, and Madeleine Albright, former U.S. Secretary of State; and a live performance by singer Melissa Etheridge.
From 9-10 p.m. (Eastern time), speakers include Bill Clinton, Kerry, and Beth Robinson, a Hampton Roads resident and military wife.
