Schedule for the Republican National Convention

All events in Xcel Energy Center, St. Paul, Minn.

A tentative schedule of speeches and program activities for Thursday's Republican National Convention in St. Paul, Minn.

The evening's events will begin at 6 p.m. (Eastern time) with entertainment events.

Speeches begin at 7 p.m. Speakers include former Pennsylvania governor and former homeland security director Tom Ridge; Gov. Tim Pawlenty of Minnesota; Sen. Mel Martinez of Florida; former Sen. Bill Frist of Tennessee; and retired Marine Corps Lt. Gen. Carol Mutter.

Videos on the lives of Gov. Sarah Palin (between 9-10 p.m.) and Sen. John McCain (between 10-11 p.m.) will be shown.  

McCain's acceptance speech will occur between 10-11 p.m.

The entire convention is to be broadcast and Webcast on C-SPAN, with networks showing portions.
