The Virginian-Pilot’s preseason South Hampton Roads high school football poll, as voted upon by Pilot staffers Jami Frankenberry, Larry Rubama, Lee Tolliver, Rainer Sabin, Mike Keech, Darrell Cuenca, Bryan Black, Chic Riebel and Jason Kidd (first-place votes in parentheses):
