The Stationary Haddock

"A woman without a man is like a fish without a bicycle."  Widely attributed to feminist Gloria Steinem in the 1970's, this quote was met by the male response: "Yes, but who needs a stationary haddock?" According to the Stationary Haddock, the answer to that question is: "four animals, for starters!"

The Stationary Haddock, formerly The Shopping Diet Chick, is raising two dogs and two birds in Norfolk.  She has been compared to a peanut butter and jelly sandwich: sweet and nutty.

Two Questions...

#1.  Who is this new guy anchoring the WAVY 10 news with Barbara Ciara, where did he come from, and who did he replace? (Okay, that's three questions already, but I'm counting it as one.)

#2.  Who are these Jonas Brothers people who sold out the Ampitheatre?  I mean, if they're big enough to sell out, you'd think I'd have heard of them!

That's it. Please advise and stay tuned.  I'll have huge news for you tomorrow or Thursday.

Hi guys!

Here it is- the news! I need to schedule another get-together so we can all get together finally!

xoxo! me

Yeah - good question Julie!

We're waiting on pins and needles!

Its not fair to announce that you're going to have huge news and then not tell us!

so....

when you going to announce the news you promised??? hmm?

I think I know

#1 Are you talking about the new guy that looks like Mark Summers from "Double Dare"? If so, I think his name is Tom Schad (sp?) and he replaced Les Smith. Not sure what happened to Les but I think his contract ended and he didn't renew it. Hmm!!!
#2 The Jonas Brothers (and they really are brothers) are a tween group that I guess have appeared on the Disney Channel??? In that same High School Musical vein. They were also in the "Camp Rock" movie that was shown on the Disney Channel & ABC Family, which I haven't seen. All of my Jonas Brothers knowledge comes from my 19 year old coworker, so I am more than likely getting some of it wrong!
