i can't believe the post

Most of you just read the headlines and do not understand the entire story. Go back to bed sheep.

Legal Procedure ?

Seems to me the Chesapeake Police Dept needs to hire a Legal Consultant to educate the Dept on proper and LEGAL means of obtaining SEARCH WARRANTS !

Having 'Informants' BREAK INTO AND ROB a Citizen to gather evidence to obtain a search warrant is too close to the Police becoming criminals themselves.

Its HORRIBLE that an Officer lost his Life !

Why so much effort was put into this 'case' of a kid selling pot when you have home invasions, drive-bys, crack dealers on every corner, car jackings, robberies & MURDERS.................

.............................USUALLY 'pot-heads' dont have the initiative OR the ambition to do ANYTHING but munch out and play video games.

WHO'S IN CHARGE

Here is another example of where the City Mananger of a city runs the police department. Unless the change is a new Chief then let the Police Chiefs run the Police Departments.

Reorg

Probably going to add a new division, Criminal Informant Breaking and Entering Division

Frederick case

Shake up in the department because of the Frederick case?Or trying to protect somebody in the department?More than likely BOTH!

Interesting...

I wonder in the coming days we'll read a headline like, "Ryan released from jail, Chesapeake police chief indicted."
