Ok, you can stop writing us about “For Better or For Worse” and “Pearls Before Swine.” We got the message – you love them. (Get the background on the trial.)
Stay tuned, because we’re going to try to make room for both. And while we’re working on that, check out this one.
Your thoughts: Should The Pilot run ''Frazz''? and tell us what you think.

“Frazz,” by Jef Mallett, is focused on a struggling songwriter who took a job as an elementary school janitor and decided to stick with the gig even after he got a hit song. The strip won a national award for excellence in communicating values and ethics. Read more (clicking on comics) And let us know what you think of “Frazz.”

"Give 'Frazz' the boot along with 'Pearls before Swine'. Neither are funny. Is this all you can find? Please keep the comic page as is, along with FBOFW." (end quote) If you think that "Frazz" and "Pearls before Swine" are not funny, then seriously think about your sense of humor. Because, personally, I think that your taste is lowsy. However, that is my opinion, just like you posted your opinion. Please, feel free to express your opinion, but, I will as well. By the way, "Frazz" is a good comic, along with "Pearls before Swine" and I do like FBOFW as well. Since this seems to be an issue for voters, how about asking which comics should be kicked out? I want Zits to stay for sure, along with some others. Ask others about it, hmm? Thank you for your time, Hampton Roads, and I hope that all of us will agree on something.
Sincerely, Trevor Devlin.
FRAZZ ROCKS!!!
Frazz is an outstanding strip! It has humor on many levels and is actually one of the most intellectual strips (how many characters routinely quote authors like Theorau?). Unfortunately the comics being shown this week are not anywhere near as funny as usual (check out a month's worth at comics.com).
Frazz appeals to kids and adults. Frazz is not just a fun comic, it's a lesson in leadership, good citizanship, and life.
At our last assignment the local newspaper carried Frazz. We, as a family, had many laughs each day over the comics--but the comic that was looked forward to most (and read last) was ALWAYS Frazz! Hopefully the Pilot will carry Frazz (if not, we'll keep going to comics.com and ordering his collections in book form).
The Comics Page
I almost can't believe the Pilot is seriously considering keeping FBOFW. If Maureen Dowd or George Will or Leonard Pitts said "I'm going to retire, here, run my old columns with a new font" the Pilot would drop them in a heart beat. My main vote still goes for Pearls, but I would be open to adding anything else to the comics page - Get Fuzzy, Mutts, Frazz. FBOFW fans can read it online like the fans of other strips have to.
