Teresa Salatin's Honey-baked Chicken

Serves: 6

1 (3-pound) fryer, cut up

1/ 3 cup butter, melted

1/ 3 cup honey

2 tablespoons prepared mustard

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon curry powder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Arrange chicken in a shallow baking pan, skin side up. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes, basting every 15 minutes until the chicken is tender and nicely browned.

Note: Good served with rice.
