Democratic vice presidential candidate and U.S. Sen. Joe Biden will appear in Virginia Beach Thursday morning to discuss national security issues, including presidential candidate Sen. Barack Obama’s stance on the war and veteran and military issues, their campaign announced late Tuesday.
The event will be at 8:45 a.m. at the Virginia Beach Convention Center and is open to the public.
Tickets are available at Obama’s campaign offices in at 3613 Virginia Beach Boulevard in Virginia Beach and 645 Church Street in Norfolk.
