YOU tell us what happened in the game

Posted to: High Schools Sports

OK, we've struck out with the non-football folks. All week we gave them an opportunity to tell us on 757Teamz.com what happened in their games, but no one took the challenge. Now let's see how football players, coaches and fans do.

What are we looking for? The kind of stuff you talk about when you get home from a game.

Describe the big play, tell about the unsung hero, put some perspective on the final score, give us the inside scoop, report on something unusual that happened, give a shout out to someone … as long as you keep it short and don’t rip anybody, we’ll be willing to put it in our new feature “Here’s What I Saw …”

Here’s how to submit your report:

-- Keep it to less than 100 words. It doesn't have to be great prose, just tell it like it was.

-- Be SURE you have your facts straight and names spelled correctly.

-- At the end of the report, include your name, the team you are affiliated with, what role you played in the game (player, coach, spectator) and a phone number in case we have any questions or need to verify your report.

-- E-mail your report to Chic.Riebel@pilotonline.com. before 10 p.m. (midnight for football games).

We look forward to hearing from you!!!!
