Anne Hathaway nude pics surface; Phish reunites in Hampton

FBI confiscates nude photos of Anne Hathaway

Reason No. 1,222 not to give your boyfriend erotic photos starring you, especially if you're a celebrity and your boyfriend is having serious legal issues. The UK's IN Entertainment web site reports that the FBI confiscated nude photos of her from her ex-boyfriend's home. Her ex Raffaello Follieri recently plead guilty to conspiracy, fraud and money laundering in connection with his business of buying property from the Catholic Church, reports The Wall Street Journal. He now faces up to 63 months in federal prison. Cube bets this lesson will help Anne get smart. (Get it?! LOL!)

Phish reunites, tour begins here (in Hampton!)

It's getting a little Phishy up in here, and local hippies are pretty darn happy about it all! Phish is getting back together. The Vermont-bred jam band, which disbanded in 2004, is planning three dates next March in Hampton. A notice posted on the band's Web site says Phish will play March 6, March 7 and March 8, 2009, at the Hampton Coliseum. The Web site says more 2009 dates will be announced later.

DVD ripping foiled again

Dang... one of our cubicle neighbors has this massive DVD collection she has culled form Wal-Mart cheap bins for years. We couldn't wait to rip it, but we've been waylaid once again by Hollywood and its insistence on squeezing every dime out of "Tank Girl" and "Girls Just Want to Have Fun" that it freakin' can: The Associated Press reports that Hollywood's six major movie studios on Tuesday sued RealNetworks Inc. to prevent it from distributing DVD copying software that they said would allow consumers to "rent, rip and return" movies or even copy friends' DVD collections outright. The suit, filed in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles, alleges RealNetworks' RealDVD program, which launched Tuesday, illegally bypasses the copyright protection built into DVDs.

Kim Kardashian inconsolable after Dancing loss

Dancing With the Stars kicked off someone rather unexpected tonight: bootylicious E! reality star Kim Kardashian. Apparently, the distraught reality star could not be consoled after being the surprise third casualty of the show on Tuesday night. Though she and partner Mark Ballas concluded the show with a rendition of one of their earlier dances, once the cameras were off Kardashian rushed to the waiting arms of her family and immediately broke down into tears. Kim also says she wants to take dancing lessons with Karina in the future so she can learn more.

Another highlight of last night’s show - Jessica Simpson’s performance in what was either a very long belly shirt or a very short dress. Read an interview with Jessica after the show about her excitement of having professional dancing accompany her vocal performance.

ET went backstage to talk to Jessica and Kim. Watch:

Hot n’ Cold Katy Perry

“I Kissed A Girl’s” Katy Perry has a brand new single out. Check out her video for her new single and see if you think it’s hot or not. (Warning: there may be some questionable language.)

Leonardo DiCaprio: I Want Marriage and Kids

Once the poster child against romance – professing he feels "few emotions," has "never been in love" and "does not believe in marriage" – Leonardo DiCaprio is now singing a different tune. "I want to get married and have children," the star of the upcoming Body of Lies and Revolutionary Road, 33, tells Parade. "In saying that, I realize I am contradicting everything I've said before. I absolutely believe in marriage." Cube Candy wonders if his change of mind has to do with the 23 year-old Israeli model Bar Refaeli who he’s been dating on and off for the past two years.

That's the buzz for today....now back to work. Happy hump day!
