I-64 in Chesapeake reopens after car is trapped under truck

CHESAPEAKE

The eastbound lanes of Interstate 64 were reopened just before noon after a crash with a car trapped under a tractor-trailer was cleared, state police said.

The crash happened about 10 a.m.  just east of Greenbrier Parkway, said Sgt. Michelle Cotten, state police spokeswoman.
