Highlights The Kauffman transited the Panama Canal as part of its Partnership of Americas deployment. It also participated in a multinational exercise called PANAMAX, which focuses on defending the eastern and western approaches to the canal. It had port visits in Peru, Chile, Jamaica and Colombia.
