VIRGINIA BEACH
A clinical social worker’s license has been suspended indefinitely after he waived his right to contest accusations that he threatened, assaulted and took advantage of clients.
James W. Eisenhower, a therapist at Christian Psychotherapy Services in Virginia Beach, received orders to stop practicing this week, according to the state Board of Social Work.
The consent order documents multiple charges of misconduct by Eisenhower dating to 1993, when he allegedly encouraged a client to attend his church. Eisenhower was accused of accepting gifts of money from clients, defrauding insurance companies and shoving and kicking clients, as well as preventing them from leaving his office, the order shows.
He also breached confidentiality by identifying some clients to others, and he told one client to lie to the board if questioned, according to the order. Eisenhower did not admit to or deny the accusations when he signed the document. He could not be reached for comment.

Okay, you've thrown down the gauntlet which borders on slander/libel unless you can back it up. My child goes to this practice. What do you have to prove it is unworthy of our patronage? Cheers, MGM
is that all
that will happen to him? I mean, insurance fraud should equal jail time.
Correction
James Eisenhower has not been a therapist with Christian Psychotherapy Services since April 2007. He has his own practice- James Eisenhower Inc.
Maybe...
the Pilot should investigate some of the other people working at this practice. I would speculate you'd find some interesting things.
