NORFOLK
Police are looking for a man in connection with a homicide on Monday.
On Wednesday police said they are looking for Robert Mounger, 20, of Norfolk. He is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall, 130 pounds and goes by the nickname "Stress," police said. Police consider him armed and dangerous.
On Monday 24-year-old William E. Bonney Jr. was shot after 11 p.m. in the 7600 block of MacDonald Road and later died at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.
