Sportswriter Frank Deford's ODU talk rescheduled for Thursday

NORFOLK

Sportswriter and author Frank Deford will speak at Old Dominion University at 7:30 p.m. Thursday in the Big Blue Room at the Ted Constant Center, according to a press release from the school.

Deford has written 15 books and can be seen and heard as a commentator on HBO's "Real Sports" and NPR's "Morning Edition."

Deford's talk was rescheduled from last month due to severe weather.
