Police have identified the victim of a deadly shooting Saturday night as Dwayne T. Jones of the 4600 block of Jeanne St.
James Devoe Jr., 33, of the 1300 block of Pershing Court, has been charged with first-degree murder and use of firearm in commission of a felony.
Officers found Jones' body inside a home in the first block of Outer Drive at 7:50 p.m. Saturday. The home is in Countyview Trailer Homes, police said.
An argument led to the shooting, police said.
Police charged Devoe after he was arrested later that night in connection with an unrelated DUI hit-and-run.
