On Nov. 24th, Def Jam breaks all kinds of traditions and will release three blockbuster albums on the same day.
New music from The Killers (Day & Age), Kanye West (808s and Heartbreak) and Ludacris (Theater of the Mind) all hit on the same day, a Monday, which is crazy because of course CDs usually come out on Tuesdays.
Will any of these get you motivated to buy music? Of these, which are you most hyped to hear?
While I am looking forward to hearing Kanye's new stuff, my vote has to go to The Killers! Can't wait...
Whatever you choose though, just buy your music in a local record store!

we have an official love-hate thing with Kanye. Mostly love, but there are moments when we want to throw rocks at him. we'll have to let it pan out, huh? Indeed, the auto-tune idea gives us great pause, but we can't lie, dude consistently makes great albums. maybe I'm secretly a fan and having conflicted feelings of hateration? i don't know. such turmoil!
Autotune is great on some songs but is really getting overplayed. Now don't get me wrong I like T-pain alot but his song "i can't believe it" I can't even understand what Weezy is sayin most of the time, a little annoying. However I think I will be looking forward to Luda because I have been a huge fan for a long time, I even got my almost 60 year mother liking the h** song. Its hilarious!

i was really disappointed to hear that the entire 808s and Heartbreak album is going to be kanye using the autotune. i think it has its place in pop music, but an entire album (outside of a few appearances including the obligatory Featuring Lil Wayne)?
co-sign
