NORFOLK
Police have released the name of a man killed Wednesday night in the 800 block of W. 41st St.
Police found Karlton Robert Jackson, 23, in the street after receiving reports of shots being fired, police said Wednesday.
Jackson was later pronounced dead.
Police have made no arrests and were asking anyone with information to call Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP.
